Troubleshooting - if the motor pulses and pressure is not consistent, the motor may be wearing out and need a lot of rest. You can try the following procedure to still use the pressure washer successfully. Leave the On/Off switch in the On position as you do these steps:

  1. Wait at least 30 seconds to give the motor time to rest.
  2. Pull the trigger, and If the motor stays on instead of pulsing, keep pulling the trigger for at least 30 seconds to clear any air out of the system.
  3. If the motor still pulses, repeat steps 1 and 2. If it is still pulsing after repeating those steps, continue to the next step.
  4. Press and hold the Reset switch on the plug for at least 10 seconds. A red light should come on when you release it (if not, the pressure washer is probably broken).
  5. Pull the trigger and if the motor stays on (instead of pulsing), keep pulling the trigger for at least 30 seconds to clear any air out of the pump.
  6. If the motor is still pulsing, leave the On/Off switch in the On position, unplug the electric cord, and hold the Reset switch while plugging in the electric cord.
