The Apollo ExpansionPEX (PEX-A) Expansion Tool with 1/2 inch expander head. Capable of using 3/4 and 1 inch expander heads but we don't have them. When combined with Apollo ExpansionPEX Expander Heads, the tool provides consistent and reliable expansion of Apollo ExpansionPEX tubing. The Apollo ExpansionPEX system is a comprehensive piping system comprised of lead free brass fittings, poly alloy fittings, manifolds, valves, fasteners, tools and tubing designed for implementation in water delivery systems, simple or complex.
- For use with Apollo ExpansionPEX heads (sold separately)
- Expands type A PEX pipe for insertion of ASTM F1960 expansion-style fittings
- Capable of 1/2 in. to 1 in. PEX-a connections
- Go/no-go gauges are never required
- Compatible with most cold expansion-style tools
